Orchard Ranch is a sought-after Equestrian Community in Queen Creek known for its blend of space, privacy, and convenience. Located near Riggs and Ellsworth so more towards the south end of the town, this neighborhood features mostly custom and semi-custom homes on larger lots, typically ranging from .8 an acres to over an acre. Surrounded by white picket fence on every lot. you’ll experience a whole different lifestyle here compared to most neighborhoods. We personally lived there for about a year and can honestly say the aura, the welcoming neighbors made us want to stay forever. The community was once home to an orchard grove, they have since tried to preserve some of that by having tons of different orchard trees throughout the individuals homesites, walking paths, and parks. There is one main park in the heart of the neighborhood with a children’s play area, this area also includes a very large grass area, perfect for the kids to run around at. There is also a few pergolas and power which makes hosting parties or a weekend bbq there perfect. Price points generally fall between the mid-$900Ks to over $2M, depending on the home and upgrades. Residents enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with walking and biking paths, open green spaces, and in some areas, horse-friendly living. It’s a great fit for buyers who want room to spread out without sacrificing proximity to schools, shopping, and everyday amenities.
